APSPDCL Junior Lineman 2019 JLM Grade II Recruitment Education Qualification

SSC/10th Class with ITI qualification in Electrical Trade/Wireman trade or intermediate vocational course in Electrical Domestic Appliances and Rewinding (EDAR) and Electrical Wiring & Contracting (EWC) on par with Electrical Wiring and Servicing of Electrical Appliances (EW & SEA) from a recognized Institution/Board.

Note: The candidate should possess the academic qualifications and experience including practical experience prescribed, if any, for the post on the date of the notification.

AGE: No person shall be eligible for direct recruitment if he is less than 18 years of age and if he is more than 35 years of age as on 01.07.2019.

Method of Selection Procedure

The APSPDCL Junior Lineman selection of the candidates shall be made on the basis of the Online Test/Written Examination and interview. The APSPDCL Junior Lineman Online Test/Written Examination will be conducted in English or Any Languages. All the eligible candidates who apply with the requisite fee and whose applications are received in time will be called for the Online test/ Written Examination, which will comprise the following.

Disqualification: Conviction in Criminal cases involving moral turpitude declared insolvent. Physical Fitness certificate issued by a Medical Officer of the rank not less than that of Civil Surgeon in the prescribed proforma at the time of joining. The APSPDCL reserves the right to cancel the Notification/ Recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reasons. The selected candidate should show Integrity, Honesty and provide Service to the citizens.

APSPDCL Junior Lineman Answer Sheet

The candidate will be supplied carbonless O M R (Optical mark Reader) answer sheet consisting of two (2) copies the original copy and the duplicate copy below. Do not attempt to separate or displace them while answering without the carbon impression paper provided to the candidates. The candidate has to indicate his response to each question by darkening the appropriate bubble with a Black Ball Point pen. No corrections with white fluid will be permitted.

Decision to be Final: The decision of the APSPDCL in all aspects and all respects pertaining to the application and its acceptance or rejection as the case may be, conduct of Test and at all consequent stages culminating in the selection or otherwise of any candidate shall be final in all respects and binding on all concerned. APSPDCL also reserves its right to alter and modify the terms and conditions laid down in the notification for conducting the various stages up to selection, duly intimating details thereof to all concerned, as warranted by any unforeseen circumstances arising during the course of this process, or as deemed necessary by the APSPDCL at any stage.

Certificate Verification

Mere calling the candidate for certificate verification in the ratio 1:3 doesn’t vest any right to a candidate for calling for Pole Climbing and Meter reading test. Mere calling for these tests doesn’t vest any right to a candidate for selection.

In the examination hall, the call letter along with the candidate’s currently valid photo identity, in original, such as PAN Card/Passport/Driving Licence/Voter’s Card with photograph/Photo identity proof issued on original letter head by a Gazzetted Officer/People’s Representative or Identity Card issued by a recognised college/ University (valid in current year)/Aadhar card with a photograph/ Employee ID, should be submitted to the invigilator for verification.

Note: The candidate’s identity will be verified with respect to his/her details on the call letter and in the Attendance List. If identity of the candidate is in doubt the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the Online Examination.
